Rob
is a New Mexico native with more than thirty years of experience
as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. He received his
B.A. from Stanford in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Counseling
from the University of Michigan, and a second Masters from UNM
in Clinical Psychology. He has worked at the UNM Mental Health
Center as a Supervisory Therapist at the Inpatient Ward, the
Alcoholism Treatment Program, and Drug Counseling Services.
He has also worked as a Staff Psychologist for Forensic Evaluation
Services, providing psychological assessments for low-income
juveniles and adults facing serious criminal charges. His teaching
experience includes classes at the UNM Psychology Department,
the UNM Division of Continuing Education, and now at Southwestern
Collge, where he is teaching the Addictions class and planning
to teach Research soon. He presently works as the sole psychotherapist
at the Federal Correctional Center in Albuquerque, where he
also lives and maintains a private practice.
