Dr. Beth Prothro, Ph.D. LPCC

Beth has been practicing for thirty five years in Colorado, Florida, and New Mexico. She has founded four Gestalt Institutes and continues to train Gestalt Therapists and mentor new therapists in New Mexico and Colorado. She has a private practice as well as the Gestalt Institute of Santa Fe. Beth is part of the summer faculty for the gestalt Intensives offered by the Gestalt Institute of the Rockies in Denver. She has taught for the University of Sarasota, Naropa University (summer guest faculty), and Southwestern College. She was Chair of the Counseling Program for two years in 2000/2001 and Interim Chair in the summer of 2006. Beth really enjoys providing supervision and guidance to new therapists and currently conducts supervision as well as training in the community.
