to the SWC Alumni Lounge!
There
are over 600 SWC alumni throughout New Mexico, around the
nation and overseas serving as transformational leaders in
their communities. They are working in government agencies,
mental health nonprofits and public schools creating new and
innovative programs helping thousands of clients of all ages.

Ordering
a SWC Transcript
To
obtain a copy of your Southwestern College transcript complete
a Transcript Request
Form and mail it to:

Registrar's Office
P.O. Box 4788
Santa Fe, NM 87502
SWC charges $5 for each official transcript and there is currently no charge
for unofficial transcripts. The Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act
(FERPA) requires a signed/dated request from the student.
Ordering SWC Syllabi
Alumni may request to receive either digital pdf versions or hard copy print versions of your syllabi. Ten or fewer syllabi will cost $10, or, for $20, you may request to receive all of the syllabi from your course of study at Southwestern College. Current students may request copies of their course syllabi at any time at no charge.
To request your syllabi, please fill out and fax the SWC Syllabi Request form or email the information contained in the request form to Office Manager at officemgr@swc.edu.
