Re-Wilding: A Day in Nature

Participants will create their own kinesthetic vocabulary by exploring your personal somatic presence and how it informs your movement. Soto's 50 years of experience has allowed him to see movement as a vehicle to unlock creativity, awareness, presence, health and healing. He has conducted workshops worldwide.
