Allen Taylor, AIA
Allen Taylor, AIA, is a retired architect with more than 35 years experience in capital program and project management of major academic and healthcare facilities. His experience covers all aspects of capital project development including master planning and project programming through construction administration and management. Allen is particularly skilled at building teams and developing consensus in the execution of a project.
From 1993 through 1999, Allen served as the Assistant Vice Chancellor/Assistant Director, Hospital & Clinics, Facilities Design & Construction for the University of California, Davis Medical Center. He was responsible for all aspects of planning, programming, design, construction, and occupancy of a 140-acre academic medical center campus with a $500 million capital program.
