- Richard Ryan, Ph.D.
Dr. Ryan is a Jungian Analyst, trained and certified by the Jung Institute of Los Angeles, where he is a society member. He received his PhD in Clinical Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California, received his Master’s degree in Social Work at New Mexico Highlands University, and completed his bachelor work at the University of New Mexico. A licensed psychotherapist since 1996, he has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults. He has taught graduate psychology classes at Antioch University in Los Angeles and provided supervision to clinicians for many years. He has written and lectured on Jungian work with children, the problems men face in mid-life, the healing power of music, music and autism, the divided self, and Jung’s Red Book.
