Jennifer serves as Admissions Associate at Southwestern College.
A Colorado Native, Jennifer’s interest in holistic health, well-being and consciousness began in her teens and converged in 1999 when she felt like she finally found what she wanted to be when she grew up! A bit of a late bloomer, Jennifer held multiple jobs, until what she was looking for found her – massage therapy.
Understanding that the body holds the wisdom of the soul, Jennifer sought advanced training & certifications in craniosacral and myofascial therapies, spiritual and energetic healing, somatic bodywork, resilience psychology, neuroscience, life coaching and she is also ordained as an Interfaith Minister. In 2009 she retired from her bodywork practice, to focus more fully on helping people create deeply fulfilling lives through the power of life coaching. It was at this time that she also decided to complete her B.A. in Communications from Regis University, and then to seek advanced education and credentialing as a licensed psychologist (in progress), specializing in somatic psychology to augment her private life coaching and spiritual healing practice.
Jennifer recently relocated from Colorado to New Mexico, where she felt guided to Southwestern College, and her role as Admissions Associate. She feels blessed to work at Southwestern College in admissions, where her passion for education and consciousness provide the opportunity for her to help future students navigate a decision that will ultimately empower them to make the significant positive impact they are here to contribute.
