You are invited to join the Song Carriers Women's Circle for our Winter Solstice Ceremony & Celebration at the Institute of American Indian Arts Hogan. This will be a communal sharing of medicine songs from our sisters, mothers and grandmothers offered on the sweet dark threshold of Winter in honor of our beloved Mother Earth and all the sacred feminine Waters. The PACT model (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy),  integrates developmental neuroscience, attachment theory and arousal regulation to help partners regulate each other's emotions, maintain secure bonds, and foster positive enduring relationships.
