Rochelle has therapeutic specialty areas of training to support integration of these services to individuals struggling with life transitions, depression, anxiety, PTSD, pain conditions, eating disorders, as well as families of developmentally delayed children/adult.
Her mindfulness, nature, somatic therapy is offered to support individuals in learning to heal their own suffering. The use of the support from local nature locations and the sprinter therapy van provides healing settings that can be tailored for the unique needs of her clients. She teaches with warmth, compassion, kindness, and openness to encourage others to explore the teachings of mindfulness to cultivate a more easeful way of living.
